Fall Fast!


Fall is a great time to cleanse the body and build up the immune system for the "Flu Season", as they say. During the summer, so many people are stuck on barbeque and eating out. The body does take a beating from being bomarded with a lot of foods that are not so healthy. It needs a rest and this is the perfect time. You can go on a modified food fast where you just eat all raws (fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains for two weeks or more), drink alkaline water while taking an intesinal cleanser to detox the body and rejuvinate you. So go forward and protect yourself from colds, flus or what have you. You will perform at "PEAK" levels when you do so.
