Eating While You Are Away From Home!


When you go away to big family functions, if you are health conscious, you hope there is something to accommodate you. My family had a big reunion in ATL on the weekend with special planned events and the meals included. Well, I wasn't surprised that there was a small selection for me to choose from during meal times. However, I was surprised that the selection was smaller than I thought it would be. So I had to weigh my options according to what the next best thing for me to make my meals complete. Trust me, it did have an effect on my body. I felt a difference in my energy level and mood among other things. So, I planned to go through a detox now that I'm home.

Eating the Right Foods Give You the Energy You Need!


Food is vital to giving us the energy we need to go throughout the day at peak performance. The type of food we eat during the course of the day is even more important. If we eat foods loaded with vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, enzymes and antioxidants we will create the energy we need and an attitude of liveliness. Accomplishing goals will be a breeze and done with much ease. It's better in the summer season to keep raw and living foods on your plate and less cooked foods. If you love to cook, sautee and lightly seem, to keep the nutritional value locked in. Drink at least 1/2 hour before and after you eat for proper absorption and digestion. By doing this, you will approach each day with high energy.
